Aduana Stars coach Yusif Abubakar has called on his charges to protect their respect by beating Al Tahaddy in the return encounter of the preliminary round of the CAF Champions League at the Nana Agyemang Badu II Park on Wednesday.

The Dormaa-based club have a huge task on their hands as they look to overturn a 1-0 deficit against Libyan side Al Tahaddy in the second leg of the continent's elite club competition.

And head coach, Yusif Abubakar, has urged his players to stand up and be counted to hoist the flag of Ghana high when they square off against their Libyan counterparts on Wednesday.

“The possibility to reach the money zone, is enough motivation for the players and they have their integrity to protect as well,” he told the media at the pre-match conference.

“Before the first match in Egypt their coach had confessed they didn’t know the playing style of Aduana and we also didnt know them very well."

“So its not surprising they wanted to come to Dormaa ahead of time to prepare a well for us. They had studied us and we are also studying them."

“I know they are good in counter attacks and we also did same with 50-50 balls,” he added.
