Barnsley boss Paul Heckingbottom mindful of lack of match fitness of Andy Yiadom ahead of Hull City clash

Andy Yiadom is in the fray to face Hull City on Saturday, although boss Paul Heckingbottom is mindful of his lack of match fitness.

The 25-year-old was unused substitute in last weekend's draw with Middlesbrough.

And the Barnsley  chief is cautious in handing the Ghanaian a starting berth ahead of the Yorkshire derby with Hull City at Oakwell.

"He has played no minutes whatsoever, which is difficult. But he has looked fine in training and had a week and a half now and bit by bit, he is getting better. It is a case of what can we do to speed that up and get him match-fit sooner rather than later." he said
