Berekum Chelsea could be crowned Ghana Premier League champions on Monday if they beat King Faisal on match day 26.

The Blues have a 12 points and can seal their first title with a win at the Baba Yara Stadium against relegation-threatened Faisal.

Kotoko would also be away at the Kpando Park with a big clash against local side, Heart of Lions, who after having slipped to 10th, are still chasing a top-four finish.

But for the Porcupine Warriors, the race for second spot would secure them continental football.

AshantiGold appear to be ending the campaign on the high as they chase for second place. The Miners, in third position would host Liberty Professionals at the Len Clay Stadium.

Aduana Stars' title defence looks to have failed but they still remain in the hunt for the second position.

Herbert Addo's side would welcome New Edubiase to the Dormaa Park.

Medeama expect to keep their top-four ambitions on course with the visit of Mighty Jets at the Tarkwa T&A Park.

The visitors also have a different plan altogether, avoiding the drop.

A season of failed ambitions has hit Hearts of Oak really badly as they are 11th on the standings.

The Phobians are languishing just four points away from the Premier League relegation zone.

Hearts would need to produce an improved performance, pick up more points and remain consistent throughout the campaign and this begins on Monday when they take on bottom side, B.A. Stars, who are relegation bound at the Ohene Djan Stadium.

The Golden City Park would host the clash involving Berekum Arsenals and Wa All Stars.

Arsenals are just two points above the drop while All Stars are three points short of pushing for a top-four place. Either side would be determined to take all the spoils.

Real Tamale United needs all three points against Ebusua Dwarfs if they are to save their season.

Caught up in the relegation struggles, RTU, 15th, have been poor performers but they can kick start their hopes of preserving their premiership status with a home victory, beginning with the game against Dwarfs.
