Berekum Chelsea striker Clottey eyeing league's golden boot

Berekum Chelsea striker Emmanuel Clottey has set his sights on winning this season's Ghana Premier League top scorer accolade.

The hit man fired a brace last Sunday in the side's 3-0 win over New Edubiase United at the Golden City Park to open a 13 point gap.

Clottey has ten goals and shares the top spot with Asante Kotoko's lead marksman Nathaniel Asamoah who found the back of the net yesterday.

"I don't know what is ahead of me but I hope to score some more goals and win the goal-king and I think I can make it. We are playing well and I know I can do and get a double this season," Clottey told the club’s website.

The 24-year-old then with relegated Great Olympics won the award for the 2007 season.
