Ghana's national women team drew goalless with Cameroon in an international friendly played on Monday.

The low profile friendly was meant to sharpen both sides ahead of next month's 2012 London Olympic Games qualifiers.

The Black Queens face Ethiopia in the next round of the eliminators on 3 April and Cameroon face Nigeria's Super Falcons in Abuja.

An aggregate win over two legs will send the Queens to the final stage of four countries with the top two qualifying for the tournament.

Ghana failed to qualify for 2008 Beijing Olympics.
