Black Queens coach Kuuku Dadzie insists last week’s disappointing result against Cameroon will not alter his approach with the side.

The team has been heavily criticised following their 1-1 draw with the Indomitable Lioness putting their qualification to the African Womens Championships in great doubt.

Dadzie who earned promoting to coach the senior team after impressing with the U-20's has shelved majority of the blame for his decision to sideline most of the older players in favour of the younger ones.

But the former Ghana international insists his way is the right approach and will not alter it even in the face of such a disappointing result.

"When you are building a team, you build with the young ones," he said.

"When I came in there were some old players and the team was ageing so we needed to infuse some fresh energy into the team.

"But when results don't go your way people say all sort of things but like I said football is a game of uncertainties and we can go there (Cameroon) and beat them."

The team will leave Ghana on Thursday for a 10-day training tour of Ethiopia before taking on Cameroon in the second leg.
