Bolga All Stars have new owners and the relegated Ghana Premier League club's name has been changed to Nkoranza Warriors.
The club faced huge financial crises and that was a chief reason in their demotion.
Bolga finished bottom of the table with a derisory 12 points and conceded as many as 77 goals scoring just 25 in the process.
In an interview with Otecghana.com's Dominic Owusu-Ansah (Walasty) confirmed the sale.
Bolga All-Stars was established in February 2009 as a second division club and they got promoted to Ghana's top flight premier league in 2016/2017.
