Paa Kwasi Fabin insists he is unaware of a possible return to Heart of Lions as head coach as speculated in the Ghanaian media.

Fabin has been heavily linked as a replacement for Dutchman Hans Van Der Pluym, who resigned from the post earlier on Monday.

He was however in complete shock when GHANAsoccernet.com called to confirm the reports.

"I am hearing this from you for the first time, this is news to me," he said.

"There have been no talks whatsoever between officials of the club and myself so I really don't know where this is coming from."

Then ex Hearts and Kotoko coach however hinted at his willingness to rejoin the club he quit in 2004 but only if his demands can be met.

"Well, everyone knows how I enjoyed my time while I was there and would have no problems at all in returning if the offer is good.

"I have also applied for the national U-17 job and don't know whether they will be comfortable with that if really they want me back," he added.
