Coach Herbet Addo is expected to complete his move to newly-promoted Premier League side on Thursday, the club has confirmed.
The club have been on the negotiation table with the ex-Aduana Stars boss over the past few weeks and hope to tie the deal by the close of Thursday.
Addo has been supervising the training sessions of the club despite not officially putting pen-to-paper on a long term deal.
But Wassaman claim they are close to tying him down and should be completed ahead of the new Premier League campaign.
''Negotiations have been ongoing for the past weeks and hopefully he will join us officially by Thursday barring any last minute hitches,'' CEO Papa Ackah said.
''He will bring his wealth of experience to bear on the team and therefore believe he will have a positive influence on the players and help us stay in the top-flight.
''We have absolute faith in him and hopefully we should sort out his future by Thursday.''
Wassaman opened their Premier League debut with an away fixture against Heart of Lions on 9 October.
