Ex-France star Prado loves Andre Ayew's magic

Former France midfielder Bernard Pardo has become the latest ex-star to heap praise on Ghana's Andre Ayew for his exciting displays for dethroned Ligue 1 champions Olympique Marseille.

Andre, 21, has been the toast of the fans at the Stade Velodrome this season with his exciting performances which has seen him net 11 goals.

And Pardo who enjoyed a successful season at the Stade Velodrome in 1991 said he loves to watch him play at the wings.

"I prefer it on the wings because it is also offensive and defensive. He is very combative and is able to retrieve balls at desperate times. When you have someone like that on your team is something very good for the side and you can't let him go," he said.

Ayew missed out on the French Ligue 1 young player of the year award.
