Former Baroka FC goalkeeper Oscarine Masuluke is reportedly close to joining Hearts of Oak after he was sacked by the Premier Soccer League club.

Masuluke is set to arrive in Ghana on Sunday and will be assessed by the Phobians in training in the coming days.

He was accused of drinking alcohol in the team bus after a 2-0 loss to Free Stars Stars earlier last month which led to his sack from Baroka FC.

The 24-year-old scored a dramatic stoppage-time goal against Orlando Pirates on November 1st 2016, when he launched himself on the edge of the box and connected sweetly with the ball.

Masuluke's incredible bicycle-kick goal made the final short-list of three for the 2017 Fifa Puskás Award for the ''most beautiful goal of the season.''
