Ghana-England tickets sold out, ticketless fans urged to stay at home

The tickets for the friendly match between Ghana and England at Wembley later this month have completely sold out.

Fans travelling to London for the first clash between the two sides have been told not to travel for the game.

The Black Stars will play the Three Lions on March 29, two days after the Nations Cup qualifying game in Brazzaville.

But with barely two weeks to the game, the first between both sides at senior level, the English FA says there are no tickets left for the game later this month.

"England’s game with Ghana on Tuesday 29 March has now completely sold out," the host FA said on its website.

"No further tickets will be made available for the game now and there will not be any tickets for sale on matchday, so we urge supporters not to travel unless they have a ticket for the match."

The Black Stars will be cheered on by supporters in excess of 20,000 fans, the largest away following for any nation since the opening of the new Wembley.
