Ghana midfielder Muntari not interested in Sunderland move

Inter Milan midfielder Sulley Muntari looks to have shunned the chance of a move to Sunderland.

The Ghana international is unsettled at the San Siro and appears keen to secure a move away.

However, Sunderland's bid to take him on loan looks to have failed with the former Portsmouthman opting against a move to the Stadium of Light.

Muntari, who has been strongly linked with a move to Tottenham alongside his former Pompey boss Harry Redknapp, insists he would only move to London if he joined another English club.

"If I have to leave Inter Milan, I'll go to London," he told the Italian media.

"That is the only possibility."
