Ghana striker Jordan Ayew will be given enough time to adapt at his new club Lorient after going four games without finding the back of the net.

The youngest son of Ghana legend Abedi Pele has been ever present in the Lorient set up this season after turning down several offers to join coach Sylvain Ripoll side.

The ex-Marseille man has only scored once since crossing over but has put in enough effort to merit time with the hope that he will come good.

Reports from Lorient are that Ripoll has been impressed with the shift of the Ghana international.
