Ghana's Under-20 team will leave Accra on Tuesday afternoon for a four-team youth tournament in Japan.
The Black Satellites will play against Spain, China and the hosts at the tournament which starts from 19-24 August.
18 locally-based players have been picked for the tourney which is suppose to prepare the team for next month's 2011 African Youth Championship final round qualifier against Benin.
The Satellites early this year played in another four-nation Invitational youth tournament in South Africa.
