Ghanaian defender Enock Kwarteng set to leave Ligue 1 side Nantes

Ghanaian-born French defender Enock Kwarteng could be axed from French Ligue 1 side Nantes after failing to command enough playing time in the club.

Reports in the French media are that the Ghanaian-born defender, among other players, will be offloaded by The Canaries.

Kwarteng is a France youth international having represented the country from U16 to U20 levels.

Kwarteng made his Ligue 1 debut on 15 August 2015 against Angers SCO in a 0–0 draw replacing Olivier Veigneau after 79 minutes

Of Ghanaian descent Kwarteng has represented France at U16, U17, U18, U19, and U20 levels

Kwarteng has played just a game for Nantes this season, inspiring The Canaries to a 2-1 away win over Strasbourg.
