ENGLAND

Jeffery Schlupp and Timothy Fosu Mensah both suffered 5-0 annihilation with Crystal Palace at Manchester City.

Christian Atsu lasted full period for Newcastle United as their their three-match unbeaten run was halted by Brighton Hoven and Albion.

Andre Ayew picked a booking as a late substitute for West Ham United in their 3-2 defeat to Tottenham Hotspurs at the Olympic Stadium.

Jordan Ayew drew plaudits from Swansea City supporters for his tenacious display in their 2-1 home loss to Watford.

Ghanaian duo Phil Ofosu-Ayeh and Andy Yiadom respectively missed Wolverhampton Wanderers and Barnsley game with long term injuries.

Belgium-born Ghanaian defender Dennis Odoi was an unused substitute for Fulham in their 1-1 home draw with Middlesbrough.

In the League One, striker Kwesi Appiah suffered a horror injury for AFC Wimbledon in the 32nd minute of their 2-0 home loss to Thomas Asante Brandon's Milton Keynes Dons in Friday. Asante Brandon was not included in The Dons match day squad.

Tarique Fosu enjoyed full throttle for Charlton Athletic in their 1-1 home draw with Bury. Joe Dodoo played the last 13 minutes for the hosts.

Hiram Boateng picked a booking after coming on as a late substitute for Exeter City on their 2-0 loss at Coventry City.

Midfielder Koby Arthur was an unused substitute for Macclesfied in their 1-0 win at Torquay.

Thomas Partey was introduced in the 72nd minute for Atletico Madrid on their 2-0 home win over Sevilla.

Mubarak Wakaso did not make the squad for Deportivo Alaves under new coach Gianni de Biasi in their 2-1 home loss to Real Madrid.

ITALY

 

Right back Claud Adjapong lasted full period while Alfred Duncan was introduced in the 58th minute for Sassuolo in their 1-0 loss to Bologna. Godfred Donsah picked a booking but lasted the entire duration for the victors.

 

Afriyie Acquah was introduced in the 30th minute for Torino after Baselli was given a direct red card in their 4-0 loss against Juventus in the Turin derby at the Allianz Arena. Kwadwo Asamoah warmed the bench for Juventus.

Godfred Donsah watched from the bench as his Bologna side suffered 2-1 defeat at Fiorentina.

Rahman Chibsah and Bright Gyamfi warmed the bench for Benevento Calcio as they suffered the sixth loss of the season at Crotone.

Isaac Cofie was superb in midfield as he lasted full period for Genoa in their 1-0 to Inter Milan at the San Siro.

In the Serie B, midfielder Bright Addae was a late substitute for Ascoli in their 2-0 win at Cesena. Defender Isaac Donkor returned to the squad but spent the entire duration on the bench for Cesena.

Moses Odjer was introduced in the 66th minute for Salernitana in their 2-0 win over Spezia. Compatriot and teammate Patrick Asmah was an unused substitute for the victors.

Midfielder Emmanuel Besea was again an unused substitute for Frosinone in their 1-0 loss at Perugia.

FRANCE

Enock Kwarteng was at his best for Nantes as they beat Strasbourg 2-1 away.

Grejohn Kyei was an unused substitute for Reims in their 2-1 victory at Quivelly Rouen.

Majeed Waris was again left out of Lorient squad this weekend as they played out a 0-0 draw with Nancy.

Ebenezer Assifuah was a second half substitute for Le Havre as they suffered a 2-1 defeat at Bourg Personnas.

Goalkeeper Lawrence Ati Zigi continued his bench warming role for Sochaux Montbiliard as they were mauled 6-1 at home by AC Ajaccio.

GERMANY

Daniel Opare was magnificent for Augsburg as they picked a point  at Ebenezer Ofori's VfL Stuttgart. Ofori,who is struggling for playing minutes again spent the entire duration of the game on substitute bench.

Gideon Jung played full for Hamburg SV as they suffered 3-0 at Leverkuen

Fresh from getting a nomination for the 2016/17 Puskas Award, Kevin Prince Boateng was introduced in the 27th minute for Eintracht Frankfurt in their 2-1 defeat at RB Leipzig.

In the Bundesliga 2, defender Joseph Baffo scored his first goal of the season for Eintracht Braunschweig in their 2-1 defeat at Regensburg. Steffen Nkansah again warmed the bench for Braunschweig.

Defender Marcel Appiah was a delight to watch for VfL Osnabruck in their 1-1 home draw with Wurzburger Kickers.

AUSTRIA

 

Kadiri Mohammed recovered from his horror performance in the Europa League for Austria Vienna as they walloped St Polten 5-0.

Bernard Tekpetey missed Altach 0-0 stalemate at Sturm Graz through suspension after he responded to racial abuse in their midweek game.

David Atanga warmed the bench for Red Bulls Salzburg in their pulsating 0-0 stalemate with Austria Vienna. Kadiri Mohammed played full throttle for Vienna while Gideon Mensah and Samuel Tetteh missed the game.

Centre-back Kennedy Boateng was once again fantastic at the back for Reid as they saw off FAC when 3-0.

Majeed Ashimeru was taken off in the 89th minute for Austria Lustenau in their 1-1 stalemate against top toppers Neustadt.

AZERBAIJAN

Striker Richard Gadze enjoyed full 90 minutes of action for Zira as they were held to a 1-1 draw by Inter Turku.

BELGIUM

William Owusu Acheampong opened the scoring for Royal Antwerp as they hammered Bernard Kumordzi's Kortrijk 3-0. Owusu lasted for 86 minutes while Kumordzi saw 90 minutes of action.

 

Samuel Asamoah was an unused substitute for Sint Triudense in their 2-0 loss at KV Mechelen.

Eric Ocansey missed Eupen 3-2 defeat at Mouscron with injury

 

Dennis Appiah and Emmanuel Nii Adjei both picked booking for Anderlecht in their 2-1 win at Waasland-Bereven in post Rene Weiler's era. Nana Opoku Ampomah was substituted in the 85th minute for the losers.

Defender Joseph Aidoo played his first full 90 minutes for KRC Genk as they drew 1-1 against Oostende on Saturday.

Striker Joel Fameyeh made a cameo appearance for Dinamo Brest in their 1-0 away win over title chasers Dinamo Minsk. Saliw Babawo warmed the bench for the victors.

 

Dickson Afoakwa and Evans Edomanko both warmed the bench for Gomel FC as they drew 0-0 with Dnepr Mogilev.

BULGARIA

Ishmael Badu lasted for 80 minutes for Septemvri in their 4-1 defeat to Ludogorets

CONGO

Solomon Asante and Daniel Nii Adjei played key roles for Congolese giants Tout Puissant Mazembe as they walloped Sudanese side Hilal El Obied 5-0 to book a place in the CAF Confederations Cup final. Yaw Frimpong was an unused substitute.

CHINA

Frank Acheampong opened his account for Tianjin Teda with a brace as they impressively demolished Tianjin Quanijian 4-1 in the Tianjin derby.

 

CROATIA

Ahmed Said played full throttle for Hadjuk Split in their 2-2 draw with Lokomotiv Zagreb.

Maxwell Boadu Acosty was late substitute for Rijeka in their 1-1 draw at Slaven Belupo.

CZECH REPUBLIC

Ex-Dreams FC forward Benjamin Tetteh kept up his impressive midweek performance for Bohemians 1905 by playing 90 minutes in their 1-0 loss to Jablonec at home.

DENMARK

Nana Welbeck was an unused substitute for Odense BK in their 3-1 home victory over Randers FC.

Michael Essien scored his fifth goal of the campaign for Persib Bandung in the 1-1 stalemate with league leaders Bhayangkara United.

Patrick Twumasi opened the scoring for Astana in their 2-0 victory over Taraz.

LATVIA

Defender Rashid Obuobi played full throttle for Ventspils in their 2-0 home loss to Riga FC. David Addy was still missing in Riga FC match day squad.

Abraham Ashrifie was left out of Metta/LU squad that lost 3-1 to Spartaks.

NETHERLAND

Defender Derrick Luckassen returned to the starting line up of PSV but lasted 69 minutes as they white washed Utrecht 7-1.

Thomas Agyepong was left out of NAC Breda squad that recorded a shocking 2-0 victory over defending champions Feyenoord.

Dutch born Ghanaian midfielder Jonathan Opoku was left out of VVV Venlo squad that played out a 1-1 draw with PEC Zwolle

Gilbert Koomson registered an assist for Sogndal in their 1-0 win over Aalesund FK. Edwin Gyasi hauled off in the second half for Aalesund.

Goalkeeper Adam Kwarasey played full throttle for Valeranga as they beat SK Brann 2-1.

Raymond Gyasi warmed the bench for Stabaek in their 1-0 loss at Kristiansund.
