Ghana's Boye aims at Zambia revenge

Ghana defender John Boye says he will go into Saturday's 2014 World Cup qualifier against Zambia with revenge on his mind.

The Rennes centre-back wants his team mates to avenge for the painful 1-0 Nations Cup semi-final defeat to the Chipolopolo in February this year.

Boye was a member of the squad which suffered the defeat and wants payback time on Saturday at the Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in Ndola.

"Of course yes I will play the game with revenge on my mind. That defeat was too painful and we must make them pay," Boye told MTNFootball.com

Zambia lost their Group opener 2-0 at Sudan and are eyeing a win against Ghana to revive their campaign.
