Ghana Premier League side Heart of Lions say they are open to re-uniting with former Coach Paa Kwesi Fabian after being sacked by Hearts of Oak.

The former Asante boss was relieved of his post after strings of defeats in the Glo Premier League.

Fabian left Hearts rivals Asante Kotoko after been ordered to take a six-week leave after string of unimpressive results.

But his former club say they could give him a lifeline.

"We have always had a wonderful relationship with Paa Kwesi despite the fact that he left us and it will not be out of place if we come to his aid at this difficult time of his coaching career," Lions Chief Executive Desmond Frimpong Manso said.

The availability of Fabian has alerted a host of clubs on the domestic scene.
