Hearts coach Fabin has one match to protect job

Under-fire Hearts of Oak coach Paa Kwesi Fabin has been given one match to save his job, GHANAsoccernet.com can confirm.

Fabin supervised Hearts to their seventh defeat of the season to lowly-placed Real Tamale United in a 0-1 reverse at home yesterday.

He must win Hearts' next match on Wednesday against Arsenals at the Golden City Park in Berekum or face the sack.

"There was a management meeting at the Stadium after yesterday's defeat to RTU and they concurred that failure to beat Arsenals in Berekum will end his reign as Hearts coach," A source told GHANAsoccernet.com

''If he doesn't win the next match, he has the option to resign otherwise we will be sacked."

Fabin took charge of the 20-time champions before the start of the season and led them to win the pre-season Top 4 tournament.

Ex-Ghana international CK Akunnor and Isaac Opeele Boateng have been spoken to replacement the former Heart of Lions and King Faisal coach.
