Hearts of Oak coach Frank Nuttal says failure to win the FA Cup final against Asante Kotoko will not any influence on his future in the club.

The Scottish gaffer failed to deliver any silverware for the Phobians in the just ended campaign, finishing third in the Ghana Premier League b leading the side an humiliating 3-1 defeat to bitterest rivals Asante Kotoko in the final of the FA Cup, which has sparked reports of his imminent departure from the club.

But the 49-year-old trainer says he's not perturbed about his position despite failure to deliver the goods for the club.

“I’m not particularly worried about my future at this point in time because it’s not important but it’s all about how to improve our performance, speaking to my players, motivating them and also giving them target for the future, so to be honest my future doesn’t come in,” Nuttal said after the game.

Nuttal's season performance is expected to be reviewed in the coming days before his future decision will be concluded.
