The Ghana Football Association has heaped praise on Kevin-Prince Boateng for adopting to life quickly at their pre-World Cup training camping in Paris.

The former Germany youth had his nationality switch approved by Fifa two weeks ago and his first cap for Ghana will be on 1 June against Holland in Rotterdam.

The 25-year-old has earned rave reviews for his work ethic after four training sessions in Paris.

"He's fitted perfectly well with his colleagues and they have taken him on as a brother and accepted the fact that it's one family unit and everybody is bond together so he's training very well with his colleagues," Ghana FA Vice President Fred Pappoe said.

Boateng is highly tipped to make the 23 final man squad after impressive displays at relegated English side Portsmouth.
