Second-tier Istanbul FC inflicted a morale dampening 1-0 win over Asante Kotoko on Wednesday, just three days ahead of their pre-season return leg against Hearts.Â
Striker Joseph Obinim scored the only goal of the match.
Head coach Maxwell Konadu tested some of his fringe players and new import in the game.
Kotoko will battle their arch-rivals Hearts in the second leg of the charity match dubbed MTN Super 2 clash at the Accra Sports stadium.
The first leg ended 1-1 at the Baba Yara stadium last week.
