Asante Kotoko striker Edward Affum is hopeful of landing a deal at Tunisian giants Etoile du Sahel after a one-week trial stint.
The 21-year-old has described his trip to Sousse as successful after scoring two goals in two trial matches under the eyes of stop-gap coaches Mohamed Mkacher and Naoufel Chebil.
Affum was invited by Dutch coach Piet Hamberg who was sacked by the club after a poor of run of form so had to be assessed by the new men in-charge.
"Am back in Ghana and if they need me they will contact my club Kotoko. The new coach wanted to see more of me but Kotoko won't allow but I did my best to score in the games i played in," Affum told Ghanasoccernet.com
Affum joined Kotoko from relegated Tema Youth this term.
