Striker Ebenezer Assifuah played his first match for Ligue 2 side Le Havre in more than two months as they lost 1-0 at Ajaccio on Saturday.

Assifuah recovered from a niggling ankle injury he picked up during a league matcha against Lorient.

He regained full fitness last month and was an unused substitute in the 3-0 win at Nancy.

Assifuah made a bright start to season by scoring four goals but the injury setback has slowed his firepower.
