Ebusua Dwarfs confirmed safety on Sunday with a 2-1 win over WAFA SC at the Cape Coast Stadium thanks to a Joseph Esso brace.
Esso, the burly striker, converted a fourth minute penalty, to open the scoring.
But younger Justice Aaron Amarte levelled in the 14th minute after an assist from midfielder Richmond Lamptey.
Dwarfs continued to create chances but were not clinical as both team went into the break tied at 1-1.
Four minutes into the second, Dwarfs won another penalty and Esso elected himself and he nailed it for his personal second.
The Crabs with the win have moved to 42 points and have retained their status for next season.
