Ghana defender Rashid Sumaila has donated items to the the Black Satellites team ahead of the Africa Youth Championship qualifier second league against Algeria. 

The one-time world champions will square off against the Fennec Foxes of Algeria at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium on Sunday.

The 25-year-old presented an item to the team on his surprise visit to their current camping base in Cape Coast on Friday evening.

The former Mamelodi Sundowns defender urged the players to strive to do their best to eliminate the Algerians and progress to the next round of the qualification round.

The officials of the Ghana U20 team thanked the centre-back for the kind gesture.

He helped Al Qadsia to clinch the Kuwaiti Crown Cup and also guided them to finish third in the 2017/18 Kuwaiti VIVA League where he made 16 appearances.
