Asante Kotoko's new poster boy Songne Yacouba says he is yet to gel with his teammates.
The Burkinabe produced a standout performance in the Ghana Premier League derby defeat to Hearts of Oak at home last week.
He followed up with another display in the 3-1 defeat at Karela United last Wednesday.
''My colleagues are not used to my style of play and so we will be training to get used to each other, I will be telling them how I want the balls to be given to me, putting the ball on the ground so I can make lot of movements taking defenders on so I can score,'' Yacouba told Oyerepa FM.
''I feel very good playing again, I thank God for the strength to feature after staying off the pitch for about six months.''
Yacouba added: ''I thank all the supporters who came to watch us against Karela, next time I will make them happy and make them feel okay.
''They should continue to support the team and the players, I promise we will take the league for them.''
