Ghana winger Andre Ayew could still leave French giants Olympique Marseille despite the closure of the summer transfer window as Qatari giants Al Jaish have tabled a mouthwatering bid for him, according to 10 Sport.

Andre, 24, was linked with a move away from the Stade Velodrome with a range of clubs including English Premier League trio Hull City, QPR and Newcastle United failing to succeed in signing him.

Italian Serie A giants Napoli and AC Milan also had bids rejected by the Ligue 1 giants.

However, if Marseille are interested in selling their Ghanaian steamroller for the bucks, Al Jaish have offered an irresistible amount and according to the French newspaper, Marseille President Vincent Labrune and the club's board will look at offer.

Al Jaish new manager Lucas Mendes is bid lure star-studded players to the club since arriving last week and they have made Andre they prime target with a net annual salary of €3.5 million offer.

However, while Marseille will be ready to cash in on the third son of the African soccer legend - Abedi Pele, Andre will not be inspired enough to move as he was seeking to join a club that would offer him Uefa Champions League and higher competition.
