Samuel Affum's Spain move still alive

Hearts of Oak have agreed to release striker Samuel Affum to try out at Spanish side Espanyol at the end of the Ghana League this week.

The La Liga side were reported to have ended interest in the 21-year-old after the dethroned league champions said they can only release their asset in July.

Espanyol want to assess him in the summer before taking a decision on his future.

The Ghana League ends on Wednesday and Affum will get to travel to Spain for a two-week trial session.

Affum is second joint top scorer in the league with ten goals.
