Ghanaian Premier League giants have completed the signing of Ghana U20 shot-stopper Seidu Muntawakilu on a three-year-contract, GHANAsoccernet.com can confirm.

The 19-year-old penned the deal on Tuesday afternoon after agreeing personal terms following his successful medicals a fortnigh ago.

Muntawakilu has been training with the Phobians since leaving Hearts' bitterest-rivals Asante Kotoko at the end of last season.

Hearts is seeking a solution to their goalkeeping crisis and have acquired the Black Satellites keeper.

However, he must beat off competition from Burkina Faso keeper Abdoulaye Soulama and out-of-favour Tetteh Luggard to command a starting role.
