Swansea's Ayew brothers dropped for Black Stars friendlies against Japan and Iceland

Brothers Jordan Ayew and Andre Ayew have been dropped again from the senior national team, the Black Stars ahead of the International friendlies against Japan and Iceland in June. 

Coach Kwesi Appiah has named his squad for the Black Stars' upcoming international friendly matches this evening without the bothers.

Jordan Ayew has been in top form this season scoring 11 times for Swansea, despite being relegated. He also won a hat-trick of awards at the club including the players' player of the year. However, he was left out of the squad.

The Black Stars will face the two opponents who will use the games to prepare for the World Cup next month in Russia.

Ghana will also use the games as part of preparations for their upcoming 2019 AFCON qualifying games which will come off later this year.
