Ghana attacker Kingsley Sarfo has been suspended indefinitely by his Swedish club Malmo FF after he was arrested on Tuesday over new rape charges.

The silky attacking midfielder was re-arrested on Tuesday by the Swedish police following fresh charges involving two girls below the ages of 15.

The former Sirius IK playmaker was taken into custody in January after he was reported to have raped a girl below the age of 15 years three times last year, but was granted bail some few weeks later.

And according to reports emerging from Sweden, Malmo officials have told the Ghanaian to stay away from club as investigations are still ongoing.

With the latest development, Sarfo will not receive salaries and if found guilty he could spend a minimum of five years in jail in Sweden after which he will be deported to Ghana.
