Former Premier League sides are in the running to book qualification spots to next season's Premier League in the Division One League promotional play-offs which begins on 1 May.
Twelve teams put into three Groups of four will battle each other in a round-robin exercise, with the winner of Group qualifying to the top flight.
In Zone One, Bechem United, Guan United, Upper East FC and BA Stars are in contention for the sole qualification slot.
In Zone Two, former Premier League sides, Mine Stars and Ebusua Dwarfs must beat off competition from debutants Medeama FC and West Ham.
The Essipong and Robert Mensah Stadia will host Zone Three which contains Abedi Pele's Nania FC, Tema Youth, Pure Joy FC and Mighty Jets.
