Dreams FC have announced Issah Yakubu has passed a medical at the club pending his transfer to the Ghana Premier League.
A statement on the club's YouTube channel read: ''Dreams FC would soon announce the signing of Issah Yakubu from Proud United after the defender passed medicals last Friday.''
Yakubu becomes the second player to join the Promoted Ghana Premier League side after defender Abdul Razak Cromwell.
