Ghana defender Isaac Vorsah and striker Prince Tagoe will be working with a new coach at his German club TSG Hoffenheim for the second half of the Bundesliga following the shock resignation of Ralf Rangnick.

Hoffenheim have announced he would be replaced by his former assistant Marco Pezzaiuoli.

Vorsah was signed by Rangnick in 2007 and was used as a defensive midfielder and that paid off  in their promotion to the top flight the following year.

The 22-year-old enjoyed more playing time under Rangnick and he is indebted for refining him as a solid centre-back in the Bundesliga.

Rangnick said of his resignation, "It's a unqiue case for a player to be sold without the coach being directly informed. That led to my decision."

Hoffenheim currently occupy 8th spot in the Bundesliga with 25 points from 17 matches.
