2019/20 Ghana Premier League: Week 11 Match Reports - Great Olympics 0-1 Berekum Chelsea

Great Olympics suffered a second straight home defeat in the hands of Berekum Chelsea at the Accra sports stadium.

A solitary strike from debutant Richard Kissi Boateng gave the the visitors a vital 1-0 victory on Thursday.

The home side with Annor Walker on the bench for the first time as head coach made three changes.

Godfred Saka, Obuoba Yaw Dasi and Hamza Zakari replaced Isaac Gyamfi, Sulley Ibrahim and Eric Osei Bonsu respectively.

Berekum Chelsea made four alterations to their squad as Danlad Ibrahim returned to man the posts in place of Osei Bonsu.

Kissi Boateng was handed his maiden appearance of the season as Emmanuel Owusu and Nasiru Osman also came in.

The first period was scoreless as the two teams couldn't create significant goal scoring chances in the match.

Two minutes into the second Kissi Boateng put the Bibires ahead which happened to be the match winner in the end.

Great Olympics tried coming back but none of their efforts could translate into a goal.
