AC Milan have renewed their interest in Palermo star Franco Vazquez as vice-president Adriano Galliani announced that they could consider the idea of signing the player during the summer.

The Argentina-born Italy international has been linked with a switch to the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza in recent months, although the Rosanero president Maurizio Zamparini has set his price at €30 million.

“We will see,” Galliani told Sky Sport Italia when asked about the possibility of landing the trequartista.

Vazquez joined the Stadio Renzo Barbera side in 2012 and emerged during the 2014-2015 season when paired with wonderkid Paulo Dybala, he scored 10 goals and assisted 11 as the Sicilians finished 11th.

This campaign, the Italy international has scored three goals in 22 games.

The 26-year-old started in Palermo’s 2-0 loss against Milan which saw Palermo remain 15th in Serie A, just six points clear of Frosinone and Carpi in the relegation zone.
