Advanced tickets sales adopted for Kotoko-All Stars game

Published on: 04 March 2012

Advanced ticket sales will be implored for next weekend's Premier League game between Asante Kotoko and All Stars, GHANAsoccernet.com can exclusively reveal.

The move forms part of a pilot project of the Premier League Board (PLB) to test the viability of the system.

The initiative was first used during the FA Cup match between Berekum Chelsea and Mighty Jets in Sunyani and was again implored for the week 17 league fixture between Ebusua Dwarfs and Medeama SC.

The process was passed successful that Chelsea adopted it for their Caf Champions League return fixture with Liberian club LISCR and will now be tested on a larger scale for the Kotoko game.

A firm decision will be taken with regards to its permanent use after the PLB finishes it's sampling at the end of the current campaign.

If passed, Premier League match tickets will be made available on sale days before matchdays, making it less stressful  and accessible to all.
