Ghanaian strikers Samuel Affum and Godwin Attram scored both consolation goals for FC Smouha which suffered a 2-4 home loss to giants Ismailia on Tuesday evening.

Veteran striker Godwin Attram reduced the deficit for the relegation trapped side on 67 minutes after the visitors have put four goals in their net.

Affum then halved the deficit for the Alexandria-based side but the game was far beyond them and could drop to the root of the table if Al Mokawloon and Al Ittihad win tomorrow.

Ahmed Sedik opened the scoring for the Ismaily when he connected home a Mohammed Mohsen 37th minute cross.

Hosni Abd Rabo then scored twice to make the scoring 3-0 before Abdullah Saeed made it four-nil on the 66th minute.

Smouha warmed themselves into the game as Godwin Attram rounded up the Ismaily keeper to make the scoring 4-1 a minute later.

Affum the fired a thunderbolt in the 80th minute but it could not help as they failed to pick maximum points from their fourth straight match.
