Anderlecht coach Vincent Kompany wants to transform Jérémy Doku into Englishman Raheem Steerling.
The 17-year-old has seen his stock rise since he got his chance with the senior team.
The Ghanaian scored and provided as assist as Anderlecht lost 3-2 at KV Oostende in the Belgian Pro League at the weekend.
Now coach Vincent Kompany wants to transform the youngster into becoming Manchester City star Raheem Steerling.
He want to make the same transformation that Pep Guardiola has done with the Englishman at the Etihad stadium.
Kompany has measured the the talent at his disposal and feels the Ghanaian can become a top-notch player in the not too distant future.
