According to latest Italian news, AS Roma have just submitted Juventus their opening bid on 25-year old international centre-back Daniele Rugani. Giallorossi made themselves available to sign the 1994-born on a loan deal, paying out 5 million euros for it, with a 25€m mandatory buy-back on top of that.
