Ashantigold midfielder Alhaji Sannie will return after a one-match ban for Sunday’s Premier League game against Liberty Professionals.

Sannie, who missed the opening day 0-0 at Heart of Lions, has been cleared to face the scientific soccer lads at the Len Clay stadium in Obuasi.

Sannie was shown the marching off orders during last season’s coronation match against Kotoko – in a game which they lost 3-0 at the Baba Yara stadium.

The return of the impressive 23-year-old will boost Bashir Hayford squad ahead of the visit of the Accra-based side.

The miners’ will be seeking their first win of the season after sniffing out a point off the Kpando-based side last weekend.
