Zlatan Ibrahimovic opens up to ESPN FC about Paul Pogba's revitalization since Jose Mourinho's departure and likens it to his disagreements with Pep Guardiola at Barcelona.

Arsenal manager Unai Emery was reluctant to speak about rumoured transfer target Denis Suarez.

Barcelona are in talks to complete a shock deal to sign Kevin-Prince Boateng from Sassuolo, sources have told ESPN FC.

Boateng joined Sassuolo from Frankfurt at the end of last season but is now reportedly set to move to Barca on loan with an option for a permanent €8 million transfer in the summer.

Barca have made no secret of their desire to bring in a back-up for Luis Suarez following the departure of Munir El Haddadi to Sevilla, and Boateng is capable of playing that role having scored five goals in Serie A this term, with manager Roberto De Zerbi using him predominantly in a False No. 9 role.

It will be the second deal the clubs have made in recent times, with Marlon joining Sassuolo from the La Liga champions for €6m in the summer.

This move will be the latest chapter in a topsy-turvy career for Boateng, who started with Hertha Berlin in Germany, before he joined Tottenham and then onto Portsmouth -- via a loan at Borussia Dortmund.

Despite suffering relegation from the Premier League in 2010, he earned a move to AC Milan where he helped the club win their first Serie A title for seven years.

After three seasons, Boateng joined Schalke before briefly returning to Milan and he then signed for La Liga side Las Palmas.

From there, Boateng returned to Germany with Eintracht -- where he won the DFB Cup -- before going back to Italy with Sassuolo.
