Defending champions Bayern Munich cut Borussia Dortmund's lead at the top of the Bundesliga back to six points with a 3-1 win over Stuttgart.
Thiago opened the scoring in the fifth minute before Anastasios Donis struck an equaliser.
But a Christian Gentner own goal after half-time put Bayern back in front and Leon Goretzka made the game safe in the 71st minute before Robert Lewandowski added some gloss to the scoreline late on.
