Berekum Chelsea coach Svetislav Tanasijevic is anticipating a stern battle against Aduana Stars in Week 10 of the Ghana Premier League.

Despite starting the league slowly, Berekum Chelsea have recovered from their slump in the last three games after recording two win and a draw, which was against giants Asante Kotoko at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.

The Blues will be hoping to continue their fine form on Saturday when they engage Aduana Stars in the 'Bono' derby at the Nana Agyemang Badu II Park in Dormaa.

However, coach Tanasijevic insisted that though they will be going into the game on the back of their recent successes, overcoming the defending league champions at their stomping ground will be difficult.

“It’s another tough game for us and especially because it's a local derby,” Tanasijevic told Success FM.

“I've not played against them before but many of my players and technical team members are aware of their threats and so I've been briefed.

“My players did well against Sharks in Kumasi because our home has been banned and so we're ready to continue our recent good performance. We're aiming at winning against Aduana and then look forward for other important victories,” he added.

Chelsea currently occupy 9th on the standings with 11 points while Aduana, who lost 2-0 to Dreams FC on Monday, are 14th with seven points but have two outstanding games as a result of their participation in the CAF Confederation Cup.
