Coach Kuuku Dadzie has blamed Ghana's inability to qualify for the 2012 African Women's Championship on bad officiating.

The Black Queens were eliminated from the series by Cameroon after the match ended in a 1-1 draw.

The game was decided through a pulsating penalty shoot out after the tie ended 2-2 on aggregate after the first leg in Ghana also ended one all .

Ghana fell 10-9 in the shoot outs resulting in their failure to qualify for the championships for the first time but Dadzie says the Zimbabwean referee was to blame for his woes.

"In all sincerity, the referee prevented us from qualifying," he told Accra-based Hot FM.

"I have never seen such poor officiating ever in my life.

"The ladies played their hearts out only for the referee to award a dubious penalty to the Cameroonians ten minutes to full time."
