Black Queens defender Linda Eshun selected for induction into the Robert Morris Athletics Hall of Fame

Black Queens defender Linda Eshun has been selected for induction into the Robert Morris University Athletic Hall of Fame. 

The defender, who no plies her trade in Iceland spent some years at the University where she chalked several successes in her role as a sportswoman.

The 26 year old is credited for qualifying the team to NAIA National Tournament during her time in the United States. She has exhibited different forms of leadership at the University.

The induction ceremony of the player and other sportsmen will be held on Saturday, 16 February at the Athletic Convocation Center at the S. Goebbert Road in Arlington Heights, The RMU ACC 2121.

A letter from the Robert Morris University reads:

Dear Linda,

I am pleased to inform you, as a standout student-athlete at Robert Morris University you have been nominated and selected for induction into the Robert Morris University Athletic Hall of Fame.

The Hall of Fame ceremony will take place prior to the start of our men's senior dau basketball game. The pre-game induction will begin at approximately 3:00 pm. Please plan to arrive by 2:30 pm for inductee check-in. Each inductee is most welcome to invite friends and family to the ceremony and stick around afterward.
