Ghana’s women’s national team will camp in Ethiopia ahead of the return leg of the 2012 African Women Championship qualifier against Cameroon.

The Black Queens face a daunting task to qualify for the tournament in Equatorial Guinea after they were held at home in the first leg.

The Ghana Federation has moved quickly to ensure they pull the chest nut out of the blazing fire by making arrangements for the team to camp in the East African country to acclimatize well ahead of time before they fly to Yaounde for the game.

“The Ghana Football Association has made arrangement for us to travel to Ethiopia. We’ll get ample time to prepare ahead of the game,” head coach Kuuku Dadzie said

“We believe the move is a positive one because we find ourselves in a difficult situation.

“The task will be tough but we’ll do our best to qualify,”

The team will leave on Thursday.
