The Black Stars will officially open camping on Sunday August 7 ahead of their international friendly with Nigeria.

The local contingent of team will leave Accra on Saturday to meet up with the coach and the foreign legions to round up preparations for the game on August 9.

“Everything is on course, usually for friendly games the only thing we do is basic organizations, sorting out visa’s and travel arrangements as well as accommodation,” Ghana FA Vice Fred Pappoe told GHANAsoccernet.com.

“As I speak to you everything appears to be on course. We (local contingent) will be leaving here on the 6th while the others will be joining in and camping will officially start on the 7th.”

The big West African derby will take place at the Vicarage Road, home of Watford in London and although a friendly both set of teams are making elaborate training plans in their bid to outdo each other.
